We are incredibly thankful for all of you
In 2013, John and I wrote our first book, Seven Movements to Keep you Gardening for Life. At that time we had no idea that we would be leading the way and pioneering a new approach to exercise we called micro-dosing movement!
Our company has gone through more trials and tribulations than we can count. I have wanted to quit, I have wanted to throw my computer at the wall, and I have wanted to walk away more than a few times. But what kept us going was an unending belief that we could make a difference in peoples lives if we could get this right.
This Wednesday you will receive a special edition of the Seven Minute Morning Newsletter as we are officially launching our platform. Four years in the making with support from more people than we can count has made this possible. Years of research, testing, and building has led us to this moment where we are ready to release our programming and technology to help support people on their movement journey.
We wanted to thank everyone of you who have subscribed to this newsletter, followed along on youtube, gave feedback, and just gave us the support we needed to make this happen. Every single one of you has been a part of this movement and it is time to bring it to the world.

Are you ready for a fresh start? Maybe you have been away from fitness for a while due to health concerns, lifestyle changes, or circumstances. It happens to us all. I know I have been there. Inform or inspire yourself with this article from the Cleveland Clinic.
Slip on those shoes and get out the door! I wanted to revisit some thoughts on walking. For most of us, it is a safe and effective way to get some exercise. There is also the next level, where you can refine your walking skills- pace, stride, and equipment to receive even more benefits from regular walking practice.
Or…maybe…we skip the workout. Hmmm. No one like Jerry who puts this into perspective and inspires us to be uninspired and collapse back into that recliner!
