Walking never felt so good

This week we thought we would share another message from one of our followers, we love these you guys so keep them coming, we just thought this one was special.

“ Hey Seven Movements Team, I just wanted to message you about how your Youtube videos have changed my families life. We are a family of 4 with two kids aged 7 & 9. We are all slightly overweight and have had a really hard time getting started with anything activity wise. I started doing your Seven Minute Morning about 16 weeks ago, by week 3 my husband joined me, and for the last 3 weeks it has been our whole family following along in our living room, every morning before breakfast. What made me want to send this message is our 7 year old today told me that he loves these morning sessions because they make him feel strong. I almost cried. As for my results, I am down almost 10 pounds, I do at least 3-4 sessions everyday. You guys I cannot wait until your platform comes out, consider me your #1 fan” - Jackie (Delaware)

These stories keep coming in and they provide us that motivation to keep moving forward as we get over these last couple of technical hurdles. We are so close to launching the platform and cannot wait for all of the Jackie’s out there to begin using it to find a love for movement again.

  • Top Health and Wellness Trends of 2024. It would be no secret to anyone that my favorite on the list is, Sleep Tourism. While I realize there could be many jokes about a wellness trend of sleeping, hey, don’t knock it until you try it. Nighty Night!

  • Can we Tawwwlllk about mental health for a minute? Laugh, cry, something! At least for us all to acknowledge it is ok, not to be ok. Been there. Now I try to be there for others.
