Testing has begun

This week is an incredibly exciting week for us at Seven Movements. We have onboarded our first ambassadors for testing. The testing is going great and the ambassadors are loving what we have built. Some of our favourite pieces of feedback so far include:
“ wow guys, this is so easy to use and is going to be great to help people get started”
“this Parkinson’s program is a game changer, I am telling everyone I know they absolutely need to be on your platform”
Over the next couple of weeks we are going to continue testing and getting the app ready for launch. We cannot wait to go public with you all :)

Three cool things that will help your health
Pack in the ‘End of Summer’ stuff. Here are a few ideas to keep you thinking about what you can squeeze in while the sun still shines and before the fall…falls!
It is always good to read the labels. I was just shopping at the large box store that shall not be named. I decided on a pre-made lasagna for my family, and put it in my cart. While waiting in the (long!) line, I read the label for the lasagna, OMG. The amount of sodium for 1 reasonable serving was around 75% of the daily acceptable total. And I would usually have a couple of slices, Yikes! Learn more about sodium here, and read those labels.
For a PSA that we should all be aware of and comfortable with, regarding recognizing a stroke, in yourself, or in another person.

How to Change your Workouts with the Seasons. I don’t know about you, but I often feel the change of season in my body. While summer is not quite over in my body… (I’m still swimming in the lake for a couple more weeks I hope!). I often have adjusted what I do for exercise and movement outside for each season.
