Hey superstars,
This week we are excited to feature a Seven Minute Morning focused on the core and abs, a much requested dose from all of you. Enjoy.
I also got this little message from one of our Seven Minute Morning enthusiasts Nate,
“ hey guys, been doing your Seven Minute Morning for the last 16 weeks, every day, at least 3 times per day, my results so far, back pain I have had for the last 10 years of my life is completely gone, like gone gone. It is crazy. I have lost about 10 pounds and I have been walking every day and this week am going to give running a try again. I just wanted to thank yo for all you do, I have learned so much just by following the videos, I now have my 75 year old mother following along with you guys, John, she loves you lol. Keep up the amazing work you are doing, it makes a difference for those of us who aren’t so much into fitness.”

An update with the platform: our ambassadors are busy testing the app and no major bugs have been detected so far, we are on to testing the APPs and payments and if all goes well we should have the platform available this month 🙂.

Your homework for this month…pay very close attention to the change of season and how it affects your body. Large swings in temperature, sunlight, and/or barometric pressure affect all of us. Learn to enjoy the change and guide yourself in to a new season for your body and mind.
