Pickleball Prep, Staying Cool, and Physicians Corner
If you have ever run a marathon you will understand how the Seven Movements team is feeling right now. That spot where you see the finish line, you are exhausted and you just need to keep your legs pumping for a few more meters!
Personally, I so proud of our team. Igor has been working so hard to get our platform ready for launch. John spent his entire weekend filming more doses of movement for our program. Jeff has been working tirelessly to keep this news letter growing as we work towards our launch. The commitment to bring this project to life has been inspiring and we cannot wait to get out to all of you.
In the meantime, we kicked off our first meeting with the lead researcher in the Parkinson’s study we will be supporting. This is a deeply personal project for me and i am so excited we get to contribute to Parkinson’s research and get our programs into the hands of those who need them most.
We are extremely hopeful this will be the last week before bringing the platform to you and that next Monday we will be announcing its launch 🙂. We are so grateful for your support and for moving with us each week.
We are inching closers to our 100th Youtube subscriber so if you haven’t yet please hit the subscribe button this week when you do our Seven Minute Morning.
This Week’s Seven Minute Morning
One of the easiest ways to fit more movement into you day is to build programming that allows you to enjoy your favourite activities. Join John this week for a Pickleball Prep you should do every time before getting on the court.
Three cool things that will help your health
Taking a break and resting is good for your overall health. What we have learned from migrating birds?
To be sure, not everyone is racing outside in the Spring and Summer. For some, they prefer to stay inside during the warmer months for a variety of reasons. However, you can still you get a fun, even sporty workout using a home active video game.
Well, the title of this section is cool things, so I think it is about time to address, Heat! How to stay cool without A/C. It is better to explore these ideas in advance, and be ready to create comfort when the mercury rises!
