Hey gang, well here we are in the dog days of summer.
A quick update from the team at Seven Movements. As we wrap up our final testing phase we are beginning to onboard some of our ambassadors this week which we are very excited about. They represent the final testing we will be doing before making the platform live to the public. Very exciting times here at Seven Movements!
This week John created an amazing 7-minute micro-dose to help alleviate neck pain. It works like magic and if you spend any time in front a computer it is an absolute must to have in your toolkit!

Three cool things that will help your health
What water temperature is best for drinking? Some Like it Hot! (Great Movie, btw), Some like it COLD! And some folks like me, enjoy it somewhere in the middle. What does the science say?
Electrolytes…think, Gatorade, and other sports drinks. Learn more about electrolytes and why they are important, especially in the hot summer months when you may be sweating out important nutrients.
I really like to make my own healthy food and drinks when I can. I have sometimes experimented (to the dismay of my family eating my experimental meal!). One of my electrolyte favorites is water with pickle juice. Read more about homemade drinks for electrolytes.

Summer Hydration! A Must
Below is a great post regarding the use of small amounts of exercise. We at Seven Movements continue to recruit and engage with leaders in the health, wellness, and fitness industries. Many who recognize simple, small changes in lifestyle and behavior can create considerable change.
A study published in JAMA Oncology shows that small amounts of vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity were associated with lower cancer risk. This study refers to brief and sporadic bouts of vigorous physical activity during daily living such as bursts of very fast walking or stair climbing (around the block or out to the car at the office) for about one to two minutes.
