Make your hips and lower back feel great

Another week of progress here at Seven Movements as we push towards the finish line and get our platform ready for launch.

Last week our main man Igor and his team were working hard to solve a bug he had found in the platform. This week we are hoping to onboard our ambassadors for a week or so of BETA testing before launching it live into the world.

The silver lining in all of this delay, if there is one, is we have been able to continue to grow the Seven Movements team as well as make progress on some upcoming programs such as our MS program that John has been hard at work putting together.

Once again, we thank you so much for sticking with us as we try our hardest to get this amazing program in your hands. In the meantime we hope you continue to join us for our Seven Minute Morning every Monday :)

This Week’s Seven Minute Morning

Three cool things that will help your health

  • I am famous for doing something for myself, and even with myself on my birthday. I choose this time rather that new years. It is a great time to reflect, review and begin again. James Clear has some tools to support that process. Plan your year, do it for you.

  • Truth told, I have not tried geocaching yet. However, I know I like to try to find things, and games that challenge my attention and perception. This is an excellent way to get outside, and get moving, and have fun! Check out Geocaching

  • Who needs a nap?! Summertime is a favorite to stretch out on a lawn chair, or on a blanket at the beach, or in the cool basement on a hot day. What nap can you relate to here?
