Inching closer to launch

What a week it has been at Seven Movements. One thing we can share with you: it is super hard building your own technology. With that said we are super excited to announce that Igor is putting the final touches on the platform this week as we prepare for launch.
Dan is back from Ottawa with a new content plan as you will begin to see us get much more active on Social Media. We would LOVE it if you could liek and subscribe to our Youtube Channel as we are beginning to see 100’s of people each week begin to move with us.
We are super excited to have help our first ambassador info session an have our first 20 applicants join us on our Seven Movements Mission. If you are someone that would like to join that mission you can learn more here.
John has been hard at work mapping out pickleball and tennis programs for the platform and we are hoping to have some exciting news to announce on our MS program in the coming weeks.
Thank you all for your patience as we work towards our launch. Your love and support has helped us all get through some very challenging days. We are so excited to share the platform with you. But in the meantime, continue to move with us in the Seven Minute Morning.

Three cool things that will help your health
Ok, honestly, playing frisbee was a pastime in the 70’s and 80’s that I enjoyed with friends on party days! It was never a serious pursuit until…now! Frisbee is an excellent practice for core, balance, arm strength, hand-eye coordination, and more! And now there are some great ways to play (party or not!), like Frisbee Golf.
Hiking for an hour, a day, a week! Any one of those sounds good to me. You may not realize there are some hidden gems for hiking in your city or town. Check out All Trails, a website with great resources and information to get you out there!
I’m too cool for shades! I have often gone without sunglasses over the years. Or wearing my regular glasses, before I had transition lenses. Not anymore, as I recognize a little bit of sun without sunglasses is ok, and maybe helpful. But in general, we need those shades!
From the world of health and wellness
Pain, got some?! If you are like me, you have had to deal with pain in some way over the years. Sometimes in an acute case, or for some (myself included) chronic pain. There has been great progress in understanding and treating pain and the pain response. Watch this video to get a better understanding of pain. And as always, use your Seven Movements Community for support.
“Dysfunctional muscles are generally not diseased, aging, or broken. They are starved of motion.” Pete Egoscue, a quote from his seminal book Pain Free.
Catch you next week for more awesomeness! 🎉
