How about we don't wait until January this year

Hey guys, Dan here to provide you a little update from the Seven Movements team. We are so grateful and excited to see our first members enter the platform. It is amazing to see so many of you using the platform so consistently and building that movement habit for life.

We wanted to thank a number of you for providing feedback on the platform so we can ensure it is working properly for everyone. If you were one of the folks having challenges with notifications you can now reset your notifications by selecting the notifications setting and changing one of them, even by a minute and that should get you up and running.

On the research side of the company we are part way through our Type 2 Diabetes study and really excited to kickstart our Parkinson’s study in the coming days. We already have a few of you with Parksinon’s effectively using that program in the platform, it is so awesome to see you building movement confidence and resilience.

What to do for movement when you are stuck indoors and in the dark months of winter?

We have all experienced the days growing shorter and the evening creeping in to the end of the day. Sometimes that can hamper out ability to get outside, or to a regular movement activity, class, etc.
For those of you not ready to be members yet, we suggest you follow along on our Youtube Channel
Simply get the blood going to jumpstart your heart, lungs, and body. It doesn’t have to be a long session, or even require any special equipment. Start with a video (like the one below). Maybe that will be enough.
Or, if you are like me, once I get going I often add something else…another video, do a physical chore or even walk the dog (He never turns me down!).
