Hips, spine and shoulders. Oh my!

Hey gang,

Welcome to another edition of the Seven Minute Morning.

Here at Seven Movements the team is super hard at work testing the platform before the big launch. It is exhausting but we want to create the best experience for everyone who joins 🙂. Stay tuned for our launch, we are all so thankful for your patience and excitement.

This week Dan is off to Vancouver to present Seven Movements at the Senbridge Showdown. Seven Movements is poised to change the culture of exercise in Active Living Communities across North America and we hope to meet some collaborators at the conference.

Building this company has been a long hard road but we are so excited to be brining Seven Movements into the mainstream and start changing the conversation around exercise.

Till next week.

This Week’s Seven Minute Morning

This week. Johnny takes us through a feel good morning routine designed to do what all of Seven Movements programming is meant to do: eve you feeling amazing.

For those of you moving with us. Remember, it is consistency that matters most. Set your alarm and do this each morning. By the end of the week you will have a healthy new habit established.

Three cool things that will help your health

  • Sitting down and having a chat with a generation before you or after you is a good thing, learn more here…

  • Walking with Winston! My dog likes to stop, smell things, and even sit on a bench with me (I’ve started to bring my coffee!). It’s ok, my dog walking is not my exercise.

  • Try Tongue Twisters To Temporarily Tickle Total Tendencies- My attempt at a goofy twister. All said, research shows tongue twisters are good for working memory. Give some a try…

The Physician’s Corner,

with Dr. Jennie Ding

This week, Dr. Ding delves into the depths of gut health. I love the sub-title of the post, No Guts No Glory!, or more specifically it is titled; ‘The Surprising Link Between Diabetes and Gut Health’. I think we all will recognize there are some key points regarding gut health to take away from this post. Thank you, Dr. Ding.

Dr. Ding is dedicated to empowering her patients to reverse diabetes naturally. For more insights into her approach and services, visit Kale Health Canada.
