Getting Stronger in just 7-minutes daily

Hey everyone. Happy Monday. Another whirlwind week at Seven Movements has gone by. We are just putting finishing touches on our platform and getting our website ready for launch.
Dan is on the road to Ottawa this week for the next couple of weeks so if you are in the area feel free to hit him up. He is planning on giving a presentation at a condo association and meeting with some peeps out in Eastern Canada. If you would liek to be one of them just contact Dan and we are sure he will find time to meet you.
This week our ambassador program will be launching. If you are someone who believes in our mission and would like to help us get the word out to more people send an email to [email protected] and we will get you on the list for an invite to our upcoming info session.
See ya next week :)

Use your walk as your workout. Once I had kids, and did the multiple daily walks with a stroller I had to find a way to make up a little workout. I did push-ups on the park bench, or dips, or pull-ups at a stop sign or a tree. It was simply a matter of creating something, and then doing it! I eventually found a source for some of these type of workouts. Mark Lauren, who I appreciate for his Special Forces service.
