Getting stronger, building resilience

Holy Moly we are getting close! John and I want to take a moment to thank all of you for sticking with us as we put the finishing touches on the Seven Movements Platform. Igor has been doing some final testing and we have been getting all of the programming loaded onto the platform this week.

We are only a week or two away from bringing this project to life after 3 long years of research, development, stress, and unwavering commitment to creating something that will make an impact. I am so proud of the team for sticking with it as we navigate all of the challenges that come along with a bootstrapped start-up.

This week, our ask is simple, if you know one person who can benefit from this newsletter please forward it to them. It would mean the world to us.

  • Plumb Line! I realize it sounds like my bullet from above about eating local fruits! While that is true, I am actually mentioning alignment of the body, the joints in particular. Take a look at this simple video, get a sense of it, and begin to experiment with finding and feeling plumbline, or lack thereof! For me, I often find I lean out to one hip, or my shoulder is rounded. Noticing plumbline is a great start to correcting posture issues.
