Falling in love with movement again

This week I wanted to share a little message I got from one of our readers this past week. This is our why:

“Dear Dan and John, I have been doing your Seven Minute Morning every Morning for the last 90 days and the results have been amazing. I am 72 years old with Type 2 diabetes and I thought my days of movement were numbered, this micro-dosing movement thing has absolutely changed my entire life. I had to send you this message because today I went paddle boarding with my grandchildren, something I never would have thought possible. I have been doing the balance session multiple times per day and wouldn’t you know it I was able to stand up on the board and my grand kids were cheering. I have tears rolling down my face as I write this I just wanted to thank you for building this from the bottom of my heart. I cannot wait till you get your platform ready, consider yourself to have one buyer already. Thank youf or helping me fall in love with moving again.”

We love hearing from you guys. If you have a story to share please don’t hesitate to reach out. Next week we are hoping to have a big announcement but I will leave it at that for now. Thank you for all of your support and enjoy this week’s Seven Minute Morning.
