They hold us back. They keep us from starting. And they stop us from making progress.
Seven Movements has been called y many of our participants the ultimate excuse buster.

Pop on over to www.sevenmovements.com and grab a 90 day membership and start building a consistent habit by moving with us 1 - minute at a time. No more time excuses. You can find 7 minutes tomorrow to start moving with us.
Our programs have been built by the one and only John Sinclair and are utilized in our movement snacking research in partnership with the University of British Columbia and Mcmaster University.

This Week’s Seven Minute Morning
Three cool things that will help your health
Moving Day! Full disclosure, Dan moved to Kelowna, BC. Ready to lead the local team in the next evolution and Revolution with Seven Movements. While we were tired and feeling it, we all commented on how we can move our bodies with confidence without fear of injury. The unpredictable efforts required in grabbing awkward things, or moving a box are lessened with our Seven Movements practices- relative to each of us in our day-moving or not!
Maybe it is a day to get out and rake some leaves. Put the leaf blower away and get out that rake! Don’t get mad at those fall leaves in your yard, rather welcome them as a natural workout. Warm up, get your tools, and enjoy some time outside.
I mentioned a favorite book of mine last week, and Dan followed up by mentioning Paul Chek’s book; “How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy”. I would add that Paul is an inspiration in the fitness community and continues to influence the influencers!
Moving day, Yikes!

The Physician’s Corner,
with Dr. Jennie Ding
This week, Dr. Ding has us look into our Halloween Candy Bag. Truth be told, I do sneak a peek into my kids bag of candy when they come home. The myth was the Halloween Witch would take a small candy tax overnight before November 1st. That was me obviously trying to grab a few goodies! Now I know more, and would be a bit more selective to avoid that unhealthy sugar rush. Check out this post from Dr. Ding
