Commit and be consistent
“ Holy crap Dan, three days in and my back and knees are feeling 100% better- this is crazy” . This from one of our first users of the platform.
But here is the deal you guys the platform will only be as useful to you as you make it. Consistency is what matters here. Your goal should be to build a 90 day streak of movement. If you are not on our platform yet then subscribe to our Youtube. Start moving daily and you will feel the impact.
It has been a super exiting week for us at Seven Movements as we onboarded the first of you to join the platform. We are so thankful for your support and excited to see you using the platform.
If you are someone who is looking to get started with an exercise program come and join us for 90 days. It will change your life.
Micro-dosing movement allows you to fit bite sized movement breaks into your day breaking up sitting ( I am looking at you office workers) and prepare your body for more movement.
Come join us today at www.sevenmovements.com and grab a 90 day membership.
FAQ: Why are you only offering 90 day subscription memberships?
Answer: John and I talked a lot about this when we started building our platform. We were not going to be like every other fitness platform. We want every single person to sign up for Seven Movements to be successful. And in order to be successful we need to get you moving for 90 days straight. We need you developing that habit. A week is not long enough, and a month is not long enough.
So no 7 day trials or month long memberships that allow you to make excuses. If you want results you have to commit to consistency. So we set our membership subscription to 90 days.
So those who become members of our platform are committing to 90 days of micro-dosing movement. And if they stick to it they will have incredible results while building a habit for life.
If you want to test out micro-dosing movement before committing, set an alarm daily and go to our youtube channel and pick a dose to do.

Walking is one of the best exercises on the planet. But sometimes those long walks can leave you feeling a little sore. This preparation dose will change all of that.
Three cool things that will help your health
“Balance is flexibility in the face of change; perfect balance is perfect flexibility in the face of constant change.”
― Deepak Chopra, Perfect Health: The Complete Mind/Body GuideThis was an important book for me in my late 20’s when my health and healing journey began. How about you? What have been important books or influences in your health and fitness journey?
Staying warm and dry is key to outdoor exercise. I know we have all seen (or been!) the teenager walking to school with no jacket, short sleeves and flimsy shoes on a sub-zero day. Well…now we are old and wise and need to be ready for changing temperature on the inside and outside. ‘Be prepared’ is a motto for a reason.
Who likes jazz? I must admit my introduction to jazz came on a Saturday morning…with School House Rock. Dig it. Remember, reading is FUNdamental.
From the world of health and wellness
Don’t let the season change stop you from getting in the water. I must admit, I am a fresh water swimmer and I’m always bummed when the water gets too cold to swim (no wetsuit for me!). However, I have found my way back to the local public pool, and enjoy doing some laps, or a water workout, or just play in the water. There are great benefits to working out in water, read more here.
It’s cool to work out in the pool! Try some of these exercises as a workout alternative or regular practice.
