Cardio, longevity, and finding the right coach
Hello to all our amazing supporters out there. A couple of updates this week as Igor and the development team work day and night to get the platform ready for y’all.
This past week has been a frenzy of activity as we certified another group of Seven Movements Ambassadors, we demonstrated our platform to a number of potential partners, and we kicked off our Parkinson’s research project.
More to come on those in the coming weeks but for now enjoy this week’s Seven Minute Morning with coach John.
This Week’s Seven Minute Morning
Ask and you shall receive. A few of you have been asking for some cardio doses. This week delivers just that.
Three cool things that will help your health
I am excited about our team of Ambassadors who have joined us so far. Suffice it to say they are all seasoned professionals with similar goals and intentions as our original team of John and Dan. I like this NBC article about finding the right personal trainer. An important relationship to ‘get right’.
I remember visiting New York City, and some well meaning friends said, just keep your head down and stick to yourself. Well…that doesn’t match my personality for sure! I was smiling, and meeting people, and they were so happy to tell me about the city they love. So…smiling continues to be a regular ‘practice’ of mine.
Maybe this will help…a fun video to get you smiling at a minimum, or maybe inspire you to get the summer started. Enjoy!
