“Oh my god Dan, I cannot wait to bring this to my community and my family” - a direct quote from one of our Ambassador’s at our first Ambassadors info session. If you would like to explore becoming a part of the Seven Movements mission you can apply here.

That said we are about 2 weeks from our launch and we could not be more excited. Did you know we have been working on this project for almost 3 years. We built our platform first to deliver our research participants their intervention. And now we will be bringing the lab into the homes of millions who need to bring more movement into their lives.

Some of you have been asking how you can support our efforts in the meantime: first of all you are already doing that by subscribing to this email. But the biggest thing you can do for us is move with us every day and right now it means clicking the video below once a day and moving with us :)

This Week’s Seven Minute Morning

Last week we were improving balance from the top down. This week we are improving balance from the bottom up.

Join John this week and perform this dose each day. Remember it is consistency that leads to mastery.

The Physician’s Corner,

with Dr. Jennie Ding

This week, Dr. Ding gives an in-depth review of artificial sweeteners. I found this post extremely helpful in terms of options I have when avoiding sugar. I have been using Stevia in my coffee for months now as a part of morning fasting, and it works great. She goes on to explain other healthy options as well as why we might avoid some of the artificial sweeteners. A great article, thank you, Dr. Ding.

Dr. Ding is dedicated to empowering her patients to reverse diabetes naturally. For more insights into her approach and services, visit Kale Health Canada.
